1. General information about cookies
When using our website, cookies are stored on your computer. Cookies are small text files, which are stored on your hard disk by your browser in an assigned manner and through which specific information flows to the party who sets the cookies. Cookies cannot execute programs or transfer viruses to your computer. Their purpose is to make our website more user-friendly and effective overall.
Our website uses transient cookies. These specifically include the session cookies. These store a so-called Session-ID, with which various queries by your browser can be assigned to the common session. As a result, your computer can be recognised, if you return to the website. This does not occur through an allocation to you personally, but through an allocation of an identification number to the cookie. The Cookie-ID is not brought together with your name, your IP address or similar data, which would make it possible to allocate the cookie to you. The session cookies are deleted when you log out or close the browser.
3. Prevention of cookies
You can configure your browser settings according to your requirements and e.g. reject the acceptance of cookies. Please note that you may then not be able to use all of the functions of this website.
If you contact us by e-mail or via our contact form, the data you provide (e.g. your e-mail address, if applicable your name and your telephone number) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your request. If we use our contact form to request information that is not required to establish contact, we have always marked this as optional. This information is provided expressly on a voluntary basis and with your consent. If this involves information on communication channels (e.g. e-mail address, telephone number), you also agree that we may contact you via this communication channel in order to respond to your request. We delete the data arising in this context after the storage is no longer necessary to fulfil the purpose. Insofar as statutory storage obligations prevent deletion, we limit the processing.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data within the framework of contacting us is your consent, Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO.
V. Online applications
If you apply to us, we need your personal data to process your application for the purpose of carrying out the application procedure. Your data will also be passed on to our central HR department at Wünsche Services GmbH.
As a rule, your application documents are stored for a period of six months, unless you have expressly given us your consent for a longer storage of your data or a contract has been concluded.
Should an employment relationship be established following your application, your data and documents will be transferred to the personnel file in accordance with § 26 para. 1 sentence 1 BDSG for the purpose of carrying out the employment relationship.
You are neither legally nor contractually obliged to provide us with your data. However, this data is required for the decision on your application. Without this information, the application process and possible employment cannot take place.
The legal basis for data processing within the application procedure is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a, b and f DSGVO, § 26 para. 1 S. 1 BDSG.
Within the scope of our job advertisements, the applicant portal of Wünsche Service GmbH is also included on our website. The purpose is the internal administration of the applications within the group of companies as well as the optimization and economical operation of our online offer. In order to be able to display the contents of the application service on our website, it is necessary to transfer your IP address to Wünsche Service GmbH. In addition, information about your browser such as operating system, referring website or visit time is transmitted to the site operator.
